A:We are a manufacturer ,and we can have our own factory produced many steel products.
Q:Where is your factory ?
A;Our factory is located in tianjin city jinghai town .
Q: How about your capacity?
A: For steel pipes, 400,000 tons per year. For steel plate, 60,000 tons per year. For steel coil is 750000 tons per year.
Q Whether your company support Trade Assurance order?
A: yes , we can (100% product quality protection;100% on-time shipment protection;
100% payment protection)
Q: Which third party certificate you have passed 
A: CIQ, BV, SGS and so on.
Q:Can we get the some samples?Any charges?
A:Yes,you can get available samples in our stock.Free for real samples,but customers need to pay the freight cost.
Q: What about your payment term?
A: Usually T/T or L/C, 30% deposit and 70% before delivery.
Q: What about your standard delivery date ?
A: Within 15-25 days after receiving your deposit.
